D&D stat roller

The method for rolling stats involves two steps:

First, roll 1d4 six times. Any time you get a natural 1, add 1 to your next roll. Similarly, if you get a natural 4, subtract 1 from your next roll. If either of these occur on the last roll, apply the modifier to the first result. Then, add 8 to each number. These are your base stat values.

Second, sum up modified dice rolls and subtract that number from 30. This is the number of points you have to change your stat values, whose costs are given in the following table.

Stat change Point cost
-4-3
-2-2
00
22
45
69

Obviously, you may only buy one stat increase per stat. Additionally, you may only buy one -4 and one +6 (you can buy both, or neither, as well). Finally, choosing a -4 or a -2 for your Strength stat is slightly more expensive, costing -2 and -1 points, respectively.

If that's confusing to you, then you can also use the below to roll stats.
